Plans for the Christmas season is beginning a little early at the Dawson County Public Library.Library staff are helping Lights of Love collect new toys and clothing for Dawson County families by forgiving card holders with library fines in exchange for donations of gifts.The library’s Lights of Love Fine Forgiveness program began Monday.Library patrons with overdue books or other borrowed materials can have those fees wiped from the books if they donate an item to the Lights of Love collection.
