Dawson County commissioners are conducting two meetings at two different locations Tuesday.Their first regular meeting will be held at 4 p.m. in the County Courthouse at N. 1st and Main.They will conduct a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the Forrest Park Community Center at 900 S. Houston Ave.The downtown square around the County Courthouse will be filled with trick-or-treaters during the annual Trunk or Treat.
