Lights of Love organizers are accepting applications starting Tuesday from families needing a little help in ensuring their youngsters have something from Santa on Christmas morning.Parents or guardians can apply for that assistance by calling The West Texas Opportunities’ (WTO) office at (806) 872-8354 and make an appointment in order to fill out an application.
