Lamesa Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) and Lamesa Economic Alliance Project (LEAP) agreed Monday to possible changes to a business grant that will be put before the attorney for a legal opinion.The Lamesa Business Grant has been around for years, but no one has ever utilized it since it was only open to owners of businesses in and around the downtown square.The board wants to change that.
