Wally Garza’s team shot a 29 here Wednesday evening to win this week’s golf scramble at the Lamesa Municipal Golf Course.Others on this week’s winning team are Dustin Brackeen, Anthony Hernandez and Jaime Garcia.This week’s closest to the pin winners are Joe Soliz on hole number two at eight feet four inches and Nicky Chapman on hole number seven at 14 feet seven inches.The course has its weekly scrambles every Wednesday evening. Registration fee is $25 for non-members and $20 for members. Golfers are urged to get signed up by noon Tuesdays. Play tees off each Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
