    Homegoing funeral services to celebrate the life of Stephanie Brown will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at the Second Baptist Church at 1705 N. Bryan Avenue in Lamesa, TX., with the Reverend Ira Kelly officiating. 
    Burial committal will follow to the Dawson County Cemetery.  Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
    Viewing will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., with a Wake Service from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Gonzales Funeral Home.
    Stephanie passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, in Lubbock, TX. 
    She was born August 29, 1969, in Lamesa, TX.
    Stephanie was preceded in death by her mother, Lillie Brown, and her father, Artis D. Molett.
    Stephanie loved her sons and watching them play sports. She enjoyed spending precious time with her granddaughters. She worked at Wal-Mart for over 30 years, and later worked at South Elementary for 8 years as a teaching assistant. 
    She graduated from Lamesa High School in 1987. Stephanie was an active member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church of Lamesa.
    Those left to cherish her memory are her beloved sons, Darius Jackson and Keeton Bolton, both of Lamesa, TX.; her siblings, sister, Streisann Brown of Midland, TX., brother, Chauncey Brown of Hillsboro, TX., sister, Linda Molett of Waco, TX., and Artis Molett, Jr. of Wills Point, TX.; two grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends.
