Chris Rushing

    Memorial service Christopher Dewayne Rushing will be held Friday, April 28, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Branon Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Branon Funeral Home.
    Christopher was born April 9, 1985, in San Angelo, Texas, and later lived in Lamesa. He loved outdoor life and horses.  He cared about everyone. He gave his life to God and loved sharing his experience to anyone who would listen in hopes that it would inspire them to do the same.
    Chris had experienced may challenges through the years which drew him even closer to God and put him first, and in the end, he gave Him all the glory.
    Chris was survived by fiancé, Ashley Cole; parents, Del Rushing and Faye; brother, Randel Rushing; sister Melissa Rushing; and grandmother, Elizabeth Middleton.
