Pet owners interested in dressing up their furry friends while taking a chance of winning cash prizes can do so during the upcoming annual Chicken Fried Steak Festival.The festival, scheduled for April 28-30, includes a parade, athletic tournaments, live music, vendors, a car show and a cook-off at Forrest Park.The pet costume contest begins at 10 a.m., April 29.
