Small non-farm businesses in Dawson County and the surrounding area who have sustained economic losses because of drought conditions starting last Nov. 1 are now eligible for low-interest federal disaster loan from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).The loans are available for non-farm businesses located in 139 Texas counties and neighboring counties in NEw Mexico and Oklahoma, according to the announcement by Tanya N.
