The weather situation here is back to normal after several days of ice and freezing temperatures that closed public facilities, added another day to the calendar for one school district, and made traveling hazardous on slippery roadways.The winter weather arrived throughout the state Monday, stayed Tuesday, continued into Wednesday and didn’t let up here until a Thursday morning rainfall.
