Tuesday was Letha Stokes’ final meeting with the Dawson County Hospital District board of directors as the chief executive officer of the district.The new CEO, Freddy Olivarez, Jr., will take over the helm when Stokes’ contract officially ends at midnight Jan. 23.“Last day to put my name tag on,” Stokes said after the meeting.Stokes announced last year that she will not extend her current contract.
