ANDREWS – An early morning structure fire on Dec. 14 that started in an RV and spread to a nearby home at a residence in northeast Andrews is currently being investigated by police.Both the RV and home were severely damaged by the blaze, according to investigators.The fire is believed to have been started by unattended candles that were lit by a man who doesn’t own the RV, they said.Both the RV and home at 506 NE 4th Street were described by authorities as being abandoned, but someone had perhaps been staying in the RV.Police said nobody was in the RV ...
