The Golden Tornadoes’ tennis squad is heading back to the fall team tennis playoffs which start up next week but not on the path which they would have preferred.After falling 10 matches to nine to Brownfield Tuesday at Seminole, the Golden Tors advance as the district’s third place team and will open up the playoffs against Snyder at 2:30 p.m. next Tuesday at Big Spring.“We haven’t played them this year but from what I’ve been hearing they’re probably like Levelland or Seminole,” Lamesa Coach Jose Lucio said. “We’re the better team in this match but we’ve got to want it.
