Mario Dimas’s team shot a 28 Wednesday evening to win the weekly golf scramble at the Lamesa Municipal Golf Course.Others on the team were Joe Soliz, Manuel Vasquez and Henry Villalobos.Closest-to-the-pin winners were Dusty Thornhill on hole number two at seven feet eight inches, and Terry Bryant on hole number seven at eight feet six inches.Lamesa Municipal hosts a scramble at 5:30 p.m. every Wednesday. Registration fee is $20 per member and $25 for non-members. Golfers should sign up by noon every Tuesday.
