Three area students recently received their bachelor’s degrees from Angelo State University.ASU graduates earned 880 undergraduate and graduate degrees during the 2022 spring commencement exercises on May 13-14 at the Junell Center/Stephens Arena in San Angelo.Sara Prieto of Lamesa received a bachelor of science degree in interdisciplinary studies.Zane Allen of Gail earned a bachelor of science in agriculture science and leadership, magna cum laude.Yajaira Gonzalez of Ackerly graduated with a bachelor’s degree in social work.Founded in 1928, ASU is a four-year public school. It is part of Texas Tech University System.
