Mario Dimas’s team shot a 26 Wednesday to take top honors in the Lamesa Municipal Golf Course weekly scramble.Others on that team were Joe Soliz, Manuel Vasquez and Jonathan Cortez.This week’s closest-tothe-pin winners were Joe Soliz on hole number two at 13 inches and Bobby Hawkins on hole number seven at 46½ inches.The course hosts a scramble every Wednesday evening at 5:30. Golfers are urged to get their teams signed by noon Tuesday. Registration fee is $25 for non-members and $20 for members.
