Norma Clement
Graveside services for Norma Jean Clement, 76, of Lamesa will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Dawson County Cemetery with Hospice Chaplin Skip Hedgpeth officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Branon Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 22, 2022, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Branon Funeral Home.
Norma passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022, in Lamesa surrounded by her loving family.
She was born April 14,1946, in Lamesa to George W. Cooper and Wille Lee (Todd) Cooper. She married Roy Frank Clement May 8, 1961; they were married for 52 years. Norma owned and operated Cut and Style by Norma for over 30 years. Before Frank passed away, they liked going to casinos and playing bingo. She loved hosting her grandson, Rowdy, and his friends on weekend sleepovers. She also enjoyed playing games with her grandchildren.
Norma is survived by her daughter, Melissa Ivins and husband, Glenn of Lamesa; sisters, Pat Jones and Peggy Mayo; and 5 grandchildren, Meranda Allen, Crystal Saenz, Rowdy Dunlap, Kisha Clement, and Kegun Clement; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Norma is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; son, Frank Allen Clement; brothers, Billy Wayne Cooper and Roy D. Cooper; sisters, Wonnell Aldridge, and Bobbie Johnson; and grandson, Montana Frank Dunlap.
