GARDEN CITY – Glasscock County and the Garden City Volunteer Fire Department (GCVFD) are excited to announce an award from the FMH Foundation of Midland, in the amount of $285,000.The award will be used for the purchase of a large brush fire truck, radio equipment, and a laundry extractor for the fire department.Brush fire trucks are essential to rural firefighting.
