ANDREWS – The county and other local taxing entities are anticipating major increase in taxable property values for 2022 after mineral value estimates were provided during the Andrews County Appraisal District’s Value Outlook meeting.Kenneth Hitt of Capital Appraisal Group provided an optimistic outlook for 2022.
