Dawson County farmer Shawn Holladay was elected vice chairman of the National Cotton Council for 2022 during the organization’s annual meeting last weekend in Houston.Ted Schneider, a Lake Providence, La., producer, was elected chairman.Holladay, who lives in Lubbock, is a fourth-generation farmer who, along with his wife Julie and daughter Katy, owns and operates H2H Farms.
