The Klondike Cougar boys basketball team finished their regular season with a bang Tuesday night at Cougar Gym, thumping Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy, 76-44.“This was one of those great team wins. After seeing one of their teammates in a zone, our other guys did a great job of getting him the basketball and let him attack,” Klondike Coach Xavier Elizondo said.As a result, Klondike senior Josh Arismendez scored a career high 41 points against the Eagles.“I’ve never seen a kid put up 41 points in one night,” Elizondo said.Junior Caden Barron and senior Stephen Arismendez had 10 points each.
