Lamesa Chief of Police went before city council members Tuesday with an annual racial profiling report that showed 2,400 traffic stops last year and the recovery of narcotics, illegal weapons, alcohol and stolen property.The report breaks up traffic stops based upon drivers’ gender and ethnicity.A total of 848 of the 2,400 stops involved females.
