Kylar Pepper, a 2021 graduate of Klondike High School, has been included on the President’s Honor List at Texas Tech University for the 2021 fall semester.Majoring in agriculture leadership, he achieved a 4.0 grade point average for the fall semester.Kylar is the son of Kevin and Michelle Pepper.
