Patsy Armstrong

    Funeral service for Patsy Ruth Armstrong, 83, of Corsicana, Texas  will be held Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Branon Funeral Home Chapel.  
    Burial will be held Thursday at Oakwood Cemetery in Corsicana, under the care of Branon Funeral Home.
    Patsy passed away Friday, December 31, 2021 in Lamesa, Texas.  
    She was born July 31, 1938 in Corsicana to Pat Murphy and Willie Ruth Ratliff Murphy.  She was married to Paul Armstrong; he preceded her in death.  She worked for Toms Peanut Company for 30 years.  She loved being around her family and cherished her grandchildren.
    Patsy is survived by her daughters, Janet Rodriquez of Lamesa, Rebecca Waller James of Godly, TX and Lind Bird of Midland; her brother, James Murphy of Corsicana; seven grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren.  
    She is preceded in death by her parents and many siblings.
