A new city council member for District 4 will be chosen during a special election this coming Saturday.The polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., Saturday at the Forrest Park Community Center at 814 S. Houston Ave.“I really encourage people to come out on Saturday,” said City Secretary Betty Conde.Only voters residing in District 4 are eligible to vote in the election.The race between Danny Jacobs and Robin Wiley will determine who fill’s city council’s District 4 seat.
