A shaky second half Friday at Slaton haunted Klondike’s girls basketball team as Jayton rallied past the Cougars, 38-27.Klondike was up by 24-18 at the end of the first half but was outscored 20-3 in the second half.“We couldn’t buy a basket there in the second half,” Klondike Coach Kelsey Canavan said.Freshman Fallon Warren’s 10 points led the Cougars.Klondike hosts Forsan Monday afternoon and visiting Rankin Tuesday.
