Lamesa High School’s Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) students are hosting their fourth annual Pumpkin Patch fund raiser from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., Sunday at Pedroza’s restaurant, 1501 N. Dallas Ave.The festivities include pumpkins, pumpkin decorating, face painting and brisket prepared by the high school barbecue cooking students.“We do it because it’s one of our yearly fund raisers for FCCLA, and to get students out there and let people know what FCCLA is all about,” said Kevin Pedroza, high school culinary instructor and FCCLA sponsor.“We’ll be selling pumpkins – all different kinds of pumpkins,” Pedroza said.
