Proposed improvements to Highway 115 in Dawson, Gaines, Martin and Andrews counties will be the focus of a virtual public meeting scheduled by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Odessa District.The virtual meeting is scheduled to begin at noon Wednesday, Sept. 29. Following the meeting, the presentation will remain available for viewing through Oct. 15.The proposed project stretches along Highway 115 from Highway 128 in southwest Andrews County to Highway 176 west of the city of Andrews and from Highway 176 east of Andrews to Highway 349 in Dawson County.
