Three representatives from the South Plain Public Health Department (SPPHD) updated Lamesa school board members Thursday night on the changing COVID-19 guidelines.“This pandemic has put us in some kind of position for two years,” said SPPHD Public Health Emergency Preparedness Director Sandra Jacquez.COVID-19 arrived in Dawson County in March 2020.
