Lamesa elementary school staff members are returning back to the tradition of hosting luncheons for students and their grandparents in honor of Grandparents Day.In the past, Grandparents Day meant students sitting down for lunch with their parents’ parents. Last year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was no such lunch.
