SEMINOLE – In the past two weeks, robots have challenged the minds and imaginations of second through eighth-grade students in Seminole. The first camp was held in mid-June and was called, “Help Mario” and the second was this past week and was called, “Percy Jackson’s Seminole Robotics.”
“At the beginning of the camps, the students are assigned a basic robot,” said Vickie Taylor, camp coordinator. “They then begin to program and build arms from Lego pieces that will then achieve different tasks on the board.”
