The son of a former Golden Tornado coaching assistant and Klondike Cougar head football coach is now being recognized as one of the best high school baseball catchers in the state.
Brock Tijerina, who’ll be a senior starting this fall at Andrews High School, was named a Class 4A first-team all-state catcher by the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association.
