Second Baptist Church’s congregation is marking a milestone in the church’s history Sunday as they honor its 75th anniversary. Activities include Sunday School classes beginning at 9 a.m., followed by morning service at 9:50 a.m. Chris Winford will be the guest preacher with Alan Wilson as the guest in music. “They were youth here way back then. I thought it would be unique to bring back folks who were raised here,” said Church Pastor Tobey Clements. Winford is a pastor in Georgia. Wilson’s mother still attends Second Baptist Church.
