SNYDER – The West Texas Western Swing Festival is returning and may be one of the biggest ever. Festival veterans Jeff Woolsey and Billy Mata and the Texas Tradition will perform on Thursday. On Friday, Kelly Spinks and Miles of Texas, the Tommy Hooker Band and Bobby Flores and the Yellow Rose Band are scheduled to perform.
