SEMINOLE – The Permian Road Safety Coalition presented Gaines County first responders and those from Dawson, Borden, Young and Lea counties with First-Responder Lifesaving Equipment kits. First responders from each county attended the demonstration, lunch and presentation May 27 at the Seminole Community Center. The kits were made available by the Permian Strategic Partnership, a large non-profit organization in the greater Odessa area.
