SLATON – The Slaton Railroad Heritage Association conducted a ribbon cutting dedicating the interior restoration of the ATSF 191 caboose May 7 at the Harvey House. Rand and Georgette McPherson, along with Billy Watson, cut the ribbon in the ceremony and were the first to tour the interior. Glenn Culver, President of the Harvey House Board and committee chair, talked a bit about when they received the caboose donation from William H.
