SEMINOLE – During a brainstorming session four years ago, Pastor Daphne Delay and several other Transformation Church members mapped out plan for a prospective student center to be built in Seminole. The drawing, which was scribbled on a napkin, has come full circle and the TC Student Center is now under construction on NW 3rd St. adjacent to Kingdom Kids Day Care Center.
