MENUS Monday: Vegetable beef stew, tossed salad and dessert Tuesday: Beef enchiladas, refried beans, guacamole/salsa, lettuce & tomatoes and dessert Wednesday: Chicken strips, mashed potatoes & cream gravy, spinach, carrot/raisin salad and dessert Thursday: Lima beans and ham, cabbage, beets and dessert Friday: Fish sandwich, lettuce & tomato, green pea salad and dessert Menus are subject to change.
