Lamesa’s Sawyer Brown won the eighth grade boys high jump and long jump at Tuesday’s junior high track meet at Seminole. Brown won the high jump by clearing the bar at 5-foot-2 and the long jump by leaping 16-9 /2. Elijio Vargas won both the seventh grade boys 1,600 in 6:07.78 and the 2,400 in 9:40.92. Jacolby Dimas won the seventh grade boys 300-meter hurdles with a time of 54.26. Dimas also ran a leg on the 400-meter relay which won with a time of 51.72.
