TAHOKA – Julie Arrington, a woman with more than 25 years of municipal government experience, has been named the city administrator for the City of Tahoka. She is coming to Tahoka from Clarksville, where she was the city manager. Tahoka City Council members chose Arrington as the finalist for the position in their Jan. 18 meeting. After conducting interviews from among the finalists under consideration, Arrington later met with current City Administrator Jerry Webster and Tahoka Mayor John Baker to discuss the terms of her contract, and last week she verbally accepted the position.
