ANDREWS - It is described simply as the “world’s best outdoor gym” and is available for use at a city park. The outdoor Fitness Court, comprised of various physical training stations, was erected at Wetlands Park in northeast Andrews. The city council in September approved a resolution to adopt and allocate funds to create the open-air wellness center.
