If there are no write-in candidates filing for two seats on the O’Donnell Independent School District (OISD) race, board members on Thursday may cancel the May 1 election. Filing for spots on the ballot ended Friday with no contested races. Individuals may file as a write-in candidate until this coming Tuesday, however. So far the only candidates are the two incumbents who are seeking re-election. Mandy Stidham and Trevor Halfmann are running unopposed for another threeyear term.
