For the second night this week a huge crowd got treated to thrilling night of high school hoop action at Lamesa’s Follis Gym. Friday’s game against Littlefield wasn’t determined until the final seconds. Things were starting to look bleak for the home team as Littlefield led 51-50 with time quickly running down. But there was just enough time for senior Cam Diaz to knock down a three-pointer deep from the left wing to help the Golden Tors capture a nail-biting 53-51 victory over the Wildcats.
