ANDREWS – An approximate $1 million project involving improvements at the ACE Arena, requested by the Andrews County Junior Livestock Association, was approved Tuesday by county commissioners court. The $927,631 project was recommended for approval by the Andrews Legacy Committee and will make the arena “more user friendly” and better equipped as a multi-purpose facility, according to a Legacy Committee spokesperson.
