ANDREWS - Concerns with the nursing home’s virus status heightened last Friday with more positive cases and one death at Permian Residential Care Center. The local nursing home had been clear of the virus since the pandemic’s onset, but struck earlier last week when five or six residents tested positive for COVID-19 eight days ago.
