It’s been a highly successful season for area six-man football teams, with four of them now preparing for high school football’s second season – the playoffs.
All four squads will kick off the post-season on Friday night, with 7-2 Borden County taking on 4-3 Crowell at 7 p.m. at Trent, 10-0 Klondike facing 7-3 Amherst at 7 p.m. at Slaton, 6-3 Sands against 10-0 Anton at 7 p.m at Whiteface, and 8-2 O’Donnell plaing 6-2 Knox City at 7:30 p.m. at Jayton.
