Stakes are high this Friday night on this the final weekend of the regular high school football season.
Two area six-man football squads, Borden County and Klondike can wrap up district championships while a couple of others, Sands and O’Donnell, will be fighting for playoff survival.
Friday night’s slate finds 7-2 Borden County at 3-6 Wellman-Union, 8-0 Klondike hosting 2-6 Loop, 7-2 O’Donnell hosting 1-7 Meadow, and 5-3 Sands hosting 4-4 Wilson.
