Emotions of change are showing as Mike Conaway nears the end of a 16-year run representing a big chunk of Texas as a member of the United States Congress.
Several times during his Town Hall meeting here Wednesday afternoon he had to pause as those emotions rose to the surface.
It was his last Town Hall session here – one of eight such final visits the congressman was making in a span of three days to various towns across the sprawling 11th District.
