Friday night’s Division I District 1-3A match-up between Lamesa and Kermit was listed as one of those pick-em games by this week’s Harris Poll. As it turned out, tt was never that close here Friday night as the Golden Tornadoes shut out the Yellowjackets, 28-0, at Golden Tornado Stadium. With the win, the Golden Tors are now 2-6 on the year but more importantly 1-2 in District 1-3A.
