ANDREWS – The chamber of commerce’s annual SafeSpot trick-or-treat outing at the ACE Arena is the latest event to be cancelled due to the coronavirus, according to officials. It was recently nixed because of COVID concerns over staging a large, indoor gathering, they noted. But local youngsters will still have an opportunity to safely trick-or-treat in a supervised, drive-thru setting.
